Dankzij een financiële ondersteuning van het DeltaPORT Donatiefonds kan het kamerorkest Sinfonia Rotterdam verschillende materialen aanschaffen. Ook steunt het fonds een aantal stichtingen.

Het Rotterdamse kamerorkest werkt samen met diverse Rotterdamse en culturele instellingen. Het biedt werken van klassieke meesters aan een breed publiek. Onder meer podiumdelen, verlichting en archiveringsmaterialen zijn aan vervanging toe. Dankzij de financiële bijdrage van het DeltaPORT Donatiefonds kan dit nu worden gekocht.

Kindervakantiefestijn

Het DeltaPORT Donatiefonds heeft ook andere organisaties bijgestaan met een financiële bijdrage. Zo werden de volgende stichtingen gesteund: de stichting Jeugdvakantieland in Rotterdam voor de organisatie van het gelijknamige kindervakantiefestijn in Ahoy, de stichting Domestica in Rotterdam voor een muzikale beeldende voorstelling over de zeespiegelrijzing en de stichting Rotterdam Events voor de huur van de schepen voor de intocht van Sinterklaas.

Via het DeltaPORT Donatiefonds willen bedrijven in de Rotterdamse haven en het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam hun maatschappelijke betrokkenheid tonen. DeltaPORT Donatiefonds supports chamber orchestra

Thanks to financial support from the DeltaPORT Donatiefonds, the Sinfonia Rotterdam chamber orchestra is able to acquire various materials. The fund also supports a number of foundations.

The Rotterdam chamber orchestra works together with various Rotterdam and cultural institutions. It offers works by classical masters to a wide audience. Stage equipment, lighting and archiving materials, among other things, are in need of replacement. Thanks to the financial contribution from the DeltaPORT Donatiefonds, this can now be purchased.

Children’s holiday festival

The DeltaPORT Donatiefonds has also supported other organisations with a financial contribution. The following foundations received support: the Jeugdvakantieland foundation in Rotterdam for the organisation of the children’s holiday festival of the same name in Ahoy, the Domestica foundation in Rotterdam for a musical visual performance on the rise of the sea level and the Rotterdam Events foundation for the hire of ships for the arrival of Sinterklaas.

Social commitment

Through the DeltaPORT Donatiefonds, companies in the port of Rotterdam and the Port of Rotterdam Authority want to show their social commitment. It provides contributions to non-profit institutions. These must be active in the field of welfare, culture, sport and recreation and be located in the immediate vicinity of the Rotterdam port and industrial area.
