Verschillende instanties – waaronder Deltalinqs en het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam – hebben een brochure opgesteld die bedrijven helpt om zich voor te bereiden op de Omgevingswet. Deze wet gaat op 1 januari 2023 in.

De brochure ‘Introductie Omgevingswet Vergunningverlening in de haven’ is een initiatief van Deltalinqs, het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam, de Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond, GGD, DCMR en het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken. Bedrijven vinden in het document informatie over nieuwe onderwerpen en zaken die onder de Omgevingswet anders worden geregeld. Daarbij valt te denken aan de bedrijfsbrandweeraanwijzing, gezondheid en wijzigingen in het vergunningsproces.

Omgevingswet

De organisaties achter de brochure hopen bedrijven hiermee op weg te helpen naar een goede voorbereiding op de Omgevingswet. De brochure is een voorloper op de ‘Wegwijzer’, die later dit jaar verschijnt. Daarin wordt ‘praktisch en concreet’ beschreven hoe een vergunningaanvraag onder de Omgevingswet verloopt.

Brochure on Omgevingswet for port companies

Various bodies – including Deltalinqs and the Port of Rotterdam Authority – have drawn up a brochure to help businesses prepare for the Environment Act. This Act will enter into force on 1 January 2023.

The brochure ‘Introduction to the Environment Act and Licensing in the Port’ is an initiative of Deltalinqs, the Port of Rotterdam Authority, Rotterdam-Rijnmond Safety Region, Municipal Health Service, DCMR and the Ministry of the Interior. Companies will find information in the document about new subjects and matters that are regulated differently under the Omgevingswet. For example, the company fire brigade designation, health and changes in the licensing process.

Description

The organisations behind the brochure hope to help companies on their way to being well prepared for the Environment Act. The brochure is a precursor to the ‘Wegwijzer’, which will be published later this year. This will contain a ‘practical and concrete’ description of how to apply for a permit under the Omgevingswet.
