Smartlog Maasvlakte bestaat uit tien dc’s die samen goed zijn van een oppervlakte van 233.000 vierkante meter op ruim 30 hectare grond. De bouw van het complex ving vorig jaar aan. “Het terrein is ideaal gelegen in Europa’s grootste containerhub die wordt bediend door state-of-the-art deepsea-, binnenvaart- en railterminals. Voor onze ontwikkeling contracteerden wij bouwer Goldbeck Nederland die gespecialiseerd is in het bouwen in beton dat perfect aansluit bij de duurzaamheidseisen van de haven”, zegt managing partner Willem Slager van DHG.

Easylog Solutions zal dc9 en dc10 in gebruik nemen. Het logistieke bedrijf is actief in West-Europa, China en Hongkong. Het verzorgt de levering van e-commercepakketten. Eerder sloten Odin Warehousing (zes dc’s) en De Zwaluw logistiek (twee dc’s) huurcontracten af. DHG doet Smartlog Maasvlakte over aan PATRIZIA. Eind deze maand vindt de overdracht plaats.

Smartlog Maasvlakte, the DC complex of DHG, has been fully leased. Easylog Solutions will lease the last two DCs.

Smartlog Maasvlakte consists of ten DCs which together cover an area of 233,000 square metres on over 30 hectares of land. The construction of the complex started last year. “The site is ideally located in Europe’s largest container hub, which is served by state-of-the-art deep sea, barge and rail terminals. For our development we contracted builder Goldbeck Nederland, which specialises in building in concrete that perfectly meets the sustainability requirements of the port,” says DHG‘s managing partner Willem Slager.

E-commerce

Easylog Solutions will occupy dc9 and dc10. The logistics company operates in Western Europe, China and Hong Kong. It provides the delivery of e-commerce packages. Earlier, Odin Warehousing (six DCs) and De Zwaluw logistiek (two DCs) concluded leases. DHG is transferring Smartlog Maasvlakte to PATRIZIA. The transfer will take place at the end of this month.
