Air France-KLM Group heeft een nieuw afnamecontract afgesloten bij Neste. De luchtvaartmaatschappij gaat meer dan 1 miljard ton duurzame vliegtuigbrandstof afnemen.

New offtake contract KLM with Neste

Air France-KLM Group has signed a new off-take contract with Neste. The airline will purchase more than 1 billion tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel.

The contract runs for eight years and is one of the largest off-take agreements in the sector, according to Neste. KLM will use 10 per cent sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for its flights. The company aims to reduce the amount of CO2 emitted per passenger by 30 per cent by 2030.
